An EAP representative will be here to present on dealing with difficult people. This session is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22nd, 9-10 AM in the Hillel Multipurpose Room. “Would you sometimes just like to escape from your difficult co-workers? This training turns bad interactions and relationships into productive ‘projects.’ Come learn the art of ‘constructive confrontation’.” This is a ‘working’ training to assist supervisors or employees in dealing with the more ‘challenging’ employee who exhibits bad behaviors, attitudes and poor performance.
