Fall Fitness Clinic: Core Strength

There will be a 20-30 minute core strength clinic in the Fitness Center every Thursday at 12:30 beginning October 20th through November 17th. Each session will focus on different exercises to improve core strength, posture, and balance. Proper form will be emphasized. Registration is appreciated, but not necessary. Meet at the Fitness Center front desk ready to work!
