Bob Paxton grew up in Lexington and was the longtime director of the local Christmas Bird Count. He began birding here as a small boy, when birding was just becoming popular, and has now reached 3,350 on his life list. Come hear a first-hand account of what birding was like in then.
Open to the public. Old Rockbridge County courthouse, 2 South Main Street, entrance in the rear of the building.
